Glacier Peak Grizzlies win their first football game 35 - 7 over Mountlake Terrace. This talented young team found their way into the endzone five times over the course of the evening. Richter threw for three of the five touchdowns.

Coach Rosenbach continued to display the high octane offensive scheme that we've seen improve each week. Last week we saw them work their magic against Marysville-Pilchuck but come up short with a last second mistake. This week was a completely different story.

From the opening kickoff the Grizzlies established their dominance, whether it be on defense by causing turnovers and stuffing the run. Or, running their signature high flying crossing routes on offense, it all came together.

This offense is getting some attention from many local football enthusiasts, "The way Glacier Peak runs their offense will change how football is played around the league" said Will Seth. Seth a spectator at the Friday night game thinks that the high speed defense and detailed passing attack will forever change the typical smash-mouth football played today. And lets not forget, this is a team without seniors.

The Glacier Peak Grizzlies had a large fan turnout with it being an away game. It turns out that they got to watch a great, history making game. There was more than one reason to celebrate on this night, along with the first ever win for Glacier Peak football was the birthday of Coach Rosenbach. Happy Birthday!
